The hot tub was a quiet haven after a long day exploring, and the room's fridge was handy for our snacks. The staff was incredibly accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler, especially the spa tub in the room that added a nice touch to relaxation. Despite some noise from nearby guests and an issue with the food being overly spicy, I appreciated the well-stocked convenience store and the cleanliness of the room. The location was less than ideal if you don't have a car, but overall, it was a pleasant experience with many amenities.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. The room was clean and well laid out, although the bed could have been more comfortable. Parking was a bit of a hassle due to a busy event, which made things a bit stressful.

One downside was discovering an unexpected additional fee for the Destination Marketing Program.

Perfect getaway for families!

We spent 2 nights in a king suite and loved it! The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed some snacks from the little store. Just wish they had breakfast options—had to venture out for that.

The spacious lobby with cozy seating made me feel right at home. it’s a lovely place to relax with a good book and enjoy a cup of coffee.

More accessible seating options would be appreciated.

Friendly staff, cozy beds.

The room was inviting and well-decorated, featuring a comfortable mattress and soft bedding. The friendly and accommodating staff made our experience even better, particularly during our visits to the bistro where we enjoyed excellent baby back ribs. However, ongoing renovations caused some disturbance, including dust and loud noise that detracted from our stay. The air conditioning was also unusually loud, waking us up intermittently during the night.

The King Suite was spacious and had a solid layout. The curtains actually blocked out light, which was nice for sleep. Bathroom amenities were well-stocked, too. But be careful with the carpets. if you get your feet wet from the spa tub, you track mud right to the bathroom. Housekeeping responded quickly to any issues. Pretty decent for a short stay overall.

We really enjoyed the spacious room that accommodated our travel crib perfectly for our grandson. The cleaning staff was fantastic, keeping our room spotless every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cafe made our mornings smooth with perfectly toasted bagels.

For dads, it would be great to have a deeper tub for adult baths.

We enjoyed our one-night stay in a spacious King Room with a pullout sofa. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast in the Bistro was delicious, with fresh options that fueled our day. I highly recommend this place for families traveling through Hamilton.
